Purpose: To review current leases expiration and facilitate renewals / marketing for new tenants, develop and monitor capital and regular building improvements, preventative maintenance program and repairs and recommend budget to support same.
- Renew existing expiring leases with appropriate increase as appropriate to market.
- Develop and recommend a capital improvement plan based on facilities assessment and recommend short and long-term budgets.
- Develop and implement a PM Schedule, recommend budget to the Executive Committee to support
- Assess security and building systems and make recommendations to address concerns identified and process to obtain bids.
Identify operations components to be facilitated by the Executive Director.
