    Monday - Friday, 7am-4pm, $16/hour
     
    Qualified candidate should have 1+ years office clerical experience or 2 years related college coursework.

    1.  Answers all phone calls for the Employee Health Service in a friendly and courteous manner.  Greets all clients in a friendly and courteous manner and communicates in a confidential and clear manner both verbally, emails and in writing.  Provides employees with the necessary forms required for visit and ensure that forms are thoroughly completed.
    1.Assists with the documentation/paperwork of urine drug testing collections accurately and competently adhering to all protocol as outlined by the DOT and/or laboratory collection procedures printed on collection form. Demonstrates 99.9% accuracy and completeness of documentation.
    2.Assists the clinical staff in registering employees for laboratory/radiology testing with MEDITECH software. score: N/A
    3.Pulls all charts for next day’s patients.  Files charts when completed.
    4.Performs clerical duties such as typing, filing, forms completion (intake forms/release forms, etc.) and data entry. Answers routine inquires within the scope of their position, both on the telephone and in person, referring to appropriate staff person when necessary. Assists with registration, appointment scheduling, answering phones, billing and other related functions as needed.  Makes sure incident/accident reports are complete and collaborates all information to the Integrated Disability/Leave Management team.  Completes data entry of above information in timely fashion into the SYSTOC system for employee health and W/C information.  Updates information as needed.
    5.Demonstrates competency and flexibility with Clerical cross training in all computer applications.
    6.Receives and processes WC-bills, working with the Integrated Disability (Leave Management) liaison and team keeping all documents and compiling reports related to staff incidents in WC charts for follow up.
    7.Maintains accurate spreadsheet records for employees with COVID exposure/symptoms/travel, and provides the employees with all updated alerts, form links, symptom tracking forms and educational instruction.
    8.Assist clinical staff during annual flu shot clinics by scheduling employees and processing records to ensure compliance with WMC Health guidelines. Provides the assistance to staff and employees with the use of the computer tablets used for documentation and record keeping throughout the flu season and during the assigned clinics.
    9.Receives and opens mail bringing to the attention of supervisor any urgent mail.  Files daily and maintains files on an annual basis.  Prepares Employee Health files for storage. Completes employee request for information within 24 hours of receipt
    10.Maintains adequate stock levels of all clinical and office supplies used in the department. Cleans and restocks waiting room, drug testing room and examination rooms  as necessary.
