MSR Platform Representative - Peekskill Branch
We are currently recruiting for a Member Service Representative - Platform Representative to work in our Peekskill Branch location (opening Fall 2021). The individual chosen will be personable, with self confidence and have an outgoing personality. Successful candidates must be motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and work well in a pressured environment. The ability to speak Spanish is an asset for this position. The individual will be responsible for “taking care of our members’ financial needs” in all capacities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Utilizing the needs analysis tool to ensure members have the most appropriate personalized product mix
- Processing new accounts, IRA & Certificate transactions
- Interviewing credit applicants and obtain appropriate credit information to originate consumer and real estate loans
- Balancing branch, TCD, ATM and PTM
- Identifying cross sell opportunities while actively selling credit union products and services
Must be eligible to register with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) in accordance with the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act (SAFE Act) and must maintain registration with NMLS as a registered Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO).
