Customer Service Rep
JP McHale Pest Management LLC, an Anticimex Company, is one the top professional pest control companies nationwide, licensed in NY, NJ, & CT, and certified by the National Pest Management Assoc.
We are currently hiring experienced Customer Service Representatives to handle customer inquiries through phone, email and chat. We are looking for organized, levelheaded, patient candidates with the ability to multi-task! Must be motivated, computer literate, highly organized with great follow up skills, and love to deal with people! Must have experience working in office environment.
A typical day involves answering inbound phone calls, scheduling appointments, calming clients (pest control is an emotional business!) and following up with clients and technicians. During the colder months, we average 200-300 calls per day with higher volumes during the Spring and Summer. Call Center experience preferred.
No pest knowledge is necessary, we will train. Experience in the Tree & Lawn field and/or Pest Pac Software is a plus.
