My Yoga Instruction emphasizes awareness of mind and body, and letting go of those thoughts and feelings that may bind and hamper us. Choosing from a vast array of yoga techniques, I highlight full realization of mind, body and soul. My energy and compassionate style of teaching allow students of all levels to grow. I encourage students to work at their level of fitness while at the same time challenging themselves mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. My classes can help you center yourself and find peace in your life while still giving you a butt-busting workout.
