Our toning class is a ONE hour class that consists of body weight exercises where we will focus on specific areas of the body that need more attention. Areas such as our abdominal muscles, adductors (inner thighs), triceps, gluteus, and other important areas of the body that help us sustain a healthy and strong body. Classes include both Yoga and Pilates exercises and principles. It also includes TABATA HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Method, which is known for its effectiveness in increasing our metabolisms and heart rate. Resistant band will be provided for those who are FINISHED with the program. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class.
