Darcel Dillard-Suite is a founding member and co-president of Full Circle Health, a mental wellness agency, and Executive Director of Full Circle Life Enrichment Center, a not for profit dedicated to increasing quality access to mental health care. As an executive trainer, life coach, and motivational speaker, Darcel is committed to helping people on their transformative journey to find their “best self” by working to develop their inner strengths and resiliency. Throughout her career, she has worked with executives, entrepreneurs, corporations, and organizations where she has facilitated and designed conversations for change. During these unprecedented times, Darcel has helped people cope with today’s stressful times by leading discussions on subjects such as pandemic stressors, leadership, diversity communication, conflict, organizational philanthropy, and staff development. Darcel is a graduate of Barnard College and Columbia Graduate School of Journalism, a Certified Wellness Coach from Cornell University, Business Coach from Tuck Business Program, Life Coach from Spencer Institute, and Sports Coach from The Alliance of Sports Social Work.
