Peekskill High School?s Contemporary A cappella Group The City Singers are an ambitious, contemporary A cappella group willing to tackle such vocal arrangers as Paris Rutherford, Darmon Meader and just about anything by the Pentatonix whose song, ?Mary Did You Know? performed by The City Singers and posted on Facebook garnered 15K views in 24hours. Four years in the making, the City Singers are a product of the Vocal division of the Performing Arts department in the Peekskill City School District. Along with their stunning vocal timbre and rhythmic precision the groups vocal range spans from low bass to high soprano 1, covering all sectors of the vocal spectrum. The City Singers are known for the interpretation of the ?National Anthem? placing them in high demand by many outside organizations. Suggested $10 or more donation to benefit the PHS vocal progam.
