The office of the Hudson Valley Gateway Chamber of Commerce is located in Historic Downtown Peekskill.  Our office is convenient to municipal parking and restaurants.  

Our conference facilities are available for rent to members and outside groups.  We can accommodate 30-40 people depending upon the needs of the group.  

Our Conference room rental includes coffee and tea service, water, Wi-Fi, projector, screen, white board, and podium.  Food service can be arranged for an additional cost. Our office is street level and handicap accessible.

Member Weekday $50 up to 7 hours $25 per additional hour

Member Evening/no staff $50 up to 4 hours $25 per additional hour

Member Evening /with staff $25 per hour

Member Weekend/no staff $100 up to 7 hours $25 per additional hour

Member Weekend/with staff $25 per hour

Non-Member Weekday* $200 up to 7 hours $50 per additional hour

Non-Member Evening $200 up to 4 hours $50 per additional hour

Non-Member Weekend $250 up to 7 hours $50 per additional hour

*all non-member rates include a Staff person.
